Thank you for a very informative, and positive workshop yesterday. There were many ideas which can definitely be implemented here at Softlink and I’m sure will be over the coming months. I was particularly enthused by the layout of the day and how everyone was encouraged to discuss their business/ideas. Please thank Hamish, Ben and Rebecca for their quality comments and presentations also. Kind Regards Jillian Bird (BAppSci - Computing, MCP)Snr. Sales & Market Development Consultant Softlink Australia Pty Ltd It's funny how some things take a while to sink in, and certainly yesterday's event is a classic case. I found myself toward the end of the day wishing it would continue because I really started to grasp the concept. I must add that marketing has never been my strength, I've always found it too intangible to embrace. The thing I liked about your companies process or system was the emphasis placed on measures, so all of a sudden there is tangibility. I couldn't stop thinking or talking about it when I got home (just ask my wife). So please thank the team, I thought everyone was excellent and the day will be of great benefit to my company in the very near future. Rob Acquroff
I felt the workshop was most worthwhile. I can see real value in implementing lead generation and customer acquisition systems to make the sales function of my business more efficient. I have already begun developing my "manifesto" which will include invaluable information for those prospective customers going through the buying process. Justin's concise delivery was excellent. He distills a concept or idea into a few key sentences and demonstrates his point with great clarity. It was also apparent that he has the support of a good team of people who believe in what they are doing. The content of the workshop was focused and gave us all some key actions that could be taken immediately to make our sales processes more cost effective. Although I had been previously exposed to some of the concepts discussed on the day, Justin has prompted me to act and make my sales processes a priority. Justin very clearly demonstrated that the sales and marketing functions are no different to any other area of our business when applying systems and accountability to optimize performance. All business managers need some one like Justin to tell them to get off their arse and demand the same accountability and systems lead performance in sales that they accept as normal in the operational areas of an enterprise. This message was received loud and clear and my business will be forever grateful. Peter Cleland It was a pleasure being with you yesterday. Can't remember the last time I enjoyed a workshop so much - absolutely relevant and terrific value. I'm now a confirmed devotee of your sales process "religion" and look forward to continuing the association. Thanks to all the team. Peter You have totally changed my way of thinking. For years I've been focusing on "selling" and not the Sales Process. By focussing on the inputs of Promotion Expenditure and Relationship Acquisition I'm already starting to see great sales results. And based on adverb 12, I've decided to hire a marketing co-ordinator. A superb piece of thinking and writing. I'm singing Ballistix's praises wherever I can and hope to provide you with a stream of potential relationships. Thanks heaps Paul Mitchell Just a brief note to thank you and the Ballistix team for the excellent and thought provoking day, both Bruce and I found we came away from the day with a whole new Quadrant Recruitment concept running about in our heads. We will no doubt run a few of the ideas past you and the team as we formulate the detail . For now... let me say thank you to all of you for sharing expertise and stimulating a new focus for us.
