Firstly, it is so refreshing to hear a respected advertising genius offer more than ’keeping your name before the public.’ Justin provided concepts that challenged us because we were given permission to expect results. In fact we now understand we must be able to measure results of advertising strategies. Justin’s presentation provided rules, concepts and challenges that will positively re-shape many of our members’ businesses and save thousands of dollars in totally unproductive advertising practices. Your presentation was a rarity, in that it was entirely relevant and valuable, whilst being enjoyable! Very refreshing and professional. On behalf of both Angus and myself, we found the Workshop to be extremely informative and comprehensive, in that it covered so many of the relevant issues we are dealing with on a day-to-day basis. We both have taken from this Workshop, many application issues which will be extremely beneficial as we move forward in the launch of our new project, FELIX. I was very impressed with your method of presentation which managed to keep everybody alert and involved for a rather long day of training. I think that the "workshop" structure of the day, as opposed to a lecture, had a lot to do with this. I also think that the passion that you all obviously feel for the topic under discussion was also a factor (would you call this getting religion?!). As a result of the workshop, I can see that there are a number of current processes at Softlink that I will need to change and new ones that will need to be implemented. One thing that I did notice was that you asked Benn and Hamish to give us some information about them, but we didn’t get to hear about you. Is this because you assume that we already know everything about your role and background or was it an oversight?
