Seminars and events
Firstly, it is so refreshing

This is just a short email to thank you and the rest of the Ballistix team for a thoroughly enjoyable and worthwhile workshop on Monday.
I was very impressed with your method of presentation which managed to keep everybody alert and involved for a rather long day of training. I think that the "workshop" structure of the day, as opposed to a lecture, had
a lot to do with this. I also think that the passion that you all obviously feel for the topic under discussion was also a factor (would you call this getting religion?!).
As a result of the workshop, I can see that there are a number of current processes at Softlink that I will need to change and new ones that will need to be implemented. One thing that I did notice was that you asked Benn and Hamish to give us some information about them, but we didn't get to hear about you. Is this because you assume that we already know everything about your role and background or was it an oversight?
