In this workshop Justin Roff-Marsh explains how to identify those potential customers who make their purchasing decisions primarily on the basis of relationship (rather than price).  Justin will show you how to how to build a system to manage relationships with both existing and potential customers -- exploiting their lifetime value in the process.  He'll then show you how to create a relationship-acquisition program to provide you with a constant stream of new qualified prospects.
