who make their purchasing decisions primarily on the basis of relationship (rather than
price). Justin will show you how to how to build a system to manage relationships
with both existing and potential customers -- exploiting their lifetime value in the
process. He'll then show you how to create a relationship-acquisition program
to provide you with a constant stream of new qualified prospects.
