The presenters
 |
|
Justin Roff-Marsh is the
Managing Director of Ballistix, a
national marketing consultancy
specialising in sales process
engineering. He is also one of the
founders of Payment Please, the
technology-based, debt collection firm.
Justin is Editor of AdVerb,
a popular marketing newsletter —
published by his agency, and read by more
than six thousand business owners and
executives around Australia.
He is widely acknowledged
as Australia’s foremost expert on the
marketing of services and ‘major’
products. And he speaks regularly on this
subject at conferences and seminars
nationwide.
The companies with which
he has an association have a habit of
exhibiting rapid – even exponential —
growth. (In fact, Justin admits that, as a
self-confessed ‘growth-addict’, he is
often more bullish about his clients’
growth than even they are!) |
 |
|
Rebecca Stokes heads Ballistix’s
marketing logistics division.
She assists clients with
special projects, including the
recruitment and training of marketing
personnel, event promotion and management,
and promotional campaign management.
Accordingly, she is a font
of valuable insights into the nuts and
bolts of Relationship-centric
Marketing implementation.
Rebecca has both a
Bachelor of Business (management major)
and a Post Graduate Certificate (business)
from Queensland University of
Technology. She also has experience in
both the banking and travel industries. |

Benn Walker heads Ballistix’s
consulting division. After nine years as
director and consultant with one of
Australia’s better-known business
marketing consultancies (Results
Corporation Australia), Benn has a
solid background in sales process design,
marketing strategy development and
creative execution.
Clients he has worked with
over the years are almost too numerous to
mention. Some of the better known include RCI
Pacific, Outokumpu, Mercantile Mutual
(General Insurance division), Natrad
Radiators, Capricorn Society, Jabuna Pty
Ltd (the Sunibrite snack food range),
Thursday Plantation, Capitalcorp Home
Loans, North Point Institute of TAFE,
Woodward Clyde. |

Hamish Elton has been
working with marketing-related
technologies for almost 11 years.
Hamish has extensive,
hands-on experience with many kinds of
marketing databases, including contact
management, sales force automation and
customer relationship management applications.
He installed his first CRM
application in 1989, and has since
specialised in this field.
In total, Hamish has
overseen over 330 successful CRM
implementations.
Hamish’s knowledge of
marketing technology and its application
is faultless, and his pragmatic,
technology-agnostic approach is valued by
his clients.
Hamish is also one of the
founders of Payment Please. |

Justin is
simply one of the most talented strategic and creative thinkers I've ever come across. His
specialty and great passion is working with 'entrepreneurial start-ups' (his words),
helping them to create and implement fast-growth marketing strategies. |
