If you have the appropriate application on your computer
(e.g. Word), you may find that the file you select launches within your
browser. If you would rather save the file to your computer, simply
right-click on the file name and select 'save target as'.

broadcast HTML e-mails |
HTML
Wizard is a fully-featured tool for broadcasting personalised
HTML e-mails. It is more complex to use than WorldMerge (it
requires ODBC integration), but if you are transmitting HTML e-mails,
it is the best option. It transmits both a text and an HTML file
to ensure that those recipients whose e-mail clients don't support
HTML aren't disadvantaged. (Believe it or not, it's free.) |

address verifier |
If your database
contains incorrect e-mail addresses, this disadvantages you in two
ways. First, you have to put up with annoying 'undeliverable'
messages. And second, you lose the ability to communicate by
e-mail with your contacts. Advanced E-mail Verifier checks
the validity of your e-mail addresses -- without actually sending
e-mails. You can use the list of failed addresses to build a
list for a 'please update' campaign. |
