To download your file, simply select the appropriate file name in the table below.
If your browser is associated with a particular file type, you may find that the file
(and the associated application) opens within your browser. To avoid this,
right-click the desired file and select the 'save target as ...' option.

PDF files are in Acrobat Reader format. Acrobat Reader is a free application that
allows you to view and and print files created on any platform, in full colour.
If you do not already have Acrobat Reader on your computer (you most probably do) click
the button below and download version 3.02 free:

EXE files are password-protected, self-extracting archives. (Suitable for Windows
users – if you use another platform, please let
us know.)
All you need do is double-click on files of this type, enter your password, and follow
instructions.
If we have placed an 'exe' file here for you, we may have provided you with a
password. (If you do not have your password, let
us know and we’ll give you one right away.)

Unless otherwise indicated, EPS files were produced in Adobe Illustrator. They
can easily be placed in Quark or PageMaker. Text will have been saved as outlines.
On occasion, EPS files will acquire a PS extension when they are downloaded. In
this case, simply manually rename the extension.
