Our People
Justin Roff-Marsh (Managing Director)
Justin Roff-Marsh is
the Managing Director of Ballistix, a marketing consultancy specialising in sales
process engineering. He is also one of the founders of Payment Please, the
fast-growing, technology-based, national debt collection firm.
Justin is Editor of AdVerb, a popular marketing newsletter published by
his consultancy, and read by more than five thousand business owners and executives around
Australia.
He is widely acknowledged as Australias foremost expert on the marketing of
services and high-value products. And he speaks regularly on this subject at conferences
and seminars nationwide. He has lectured on a number
of occasions at the Queensland University of Technology and on the government-funded FIG
Program (designed to help IT companies become investor-ready).
The companies with which he has an association have a habit of exhibiting rapid
even exponential growth. (In fact, Justin admits that, as a self-confessed
growth-addict, he is often more bullish about his clients growth than
even they are!)
Before he started Ballistix, eight years ago, Justin was a founding
partner of a company called the Hudson Institute (then Hudson Research). The Hudson
Institute has grown from an undercapitalised start-up (regarded by many to have few
chances of survival) to a group of companies with sales in excess of $45 million a year.
In the years following the launch of his consultancy, Justin has had a considerable impact
upon a number of local and international businesses including:
Justin spends most of his time consulting to our clients
and speaking at seminars up and down the east coast of
Australia.
