Here at Ballistix, our specialty is what
we call sales process engineering.
We specialise in building the sales
processes required to sell services and major products.
Accordingly, most of our work is done in
the areas of financial services (including investment
property), professional services and information
technology.
Our clients are those organisations that
are sell relationships, rather than transactions.

Consulting
We consult to our clients in the areas of
sales process design and in some cases, competitive
strategy. As well as pure consulting, we have a
packaged consulting product called a Sales Process
Optimisation Audit.
This audit analyses our clients' sales
processes and designs an optimal sales process -- along
with a migratory strategy. It looks at sales process
design, management systems (people and process),
technology and communications. It also examines the
fit between our clients' sales processes their operational
systems and (more importantly) their growth strategies.

Technology
