A brief introduction to Ballistix

In a nutshell

Here at Ballistix, our specialty is what we call sales process engineering.

We specialise in building the sales processes required to sell services and major products.

Accordingly, most of our work is done in the areas of financial services (including investment property), professional services and information technology.

Our clients are those organisations that are sell relationships, rather than transactions.  (See our article on Relationship-centric Marketing.)

We provide those clients with a total sales process design and management solution.

Our ‘tools of trade’

Our ‘tools of trade’ fall into three categories: consulting, technology and communications.  You can read more about these services in the Our Services  section of the site.

Consulting

We consult to our clients in the areas of sales process design and in some cases, competitive strategy.  As well as pure consulting, we have a packaged consulting product called a Sales Process Optimisation Audit.

This audit analyses our clients' sales processes and designs an optimal sales process -- along with a migratory strategy.  It looks at sales process design, management systems (people and process), technology and communications.  It also examines the fit between our clients' sales processes their operational systems and (more importantly) their growth strategies.

Technology

We provide our clients with the technology they require to automate their sales processes.  We have expertise in contact management, sales force automation and CRM systems.

Communications

We produce all the communications collateral our clients require to make their sales processes sell!

All of our writers and designers have considerable direct marketing expertise (Ballistix's first seven years were spent as a direct marketing agency.)
